Accessibility

The venue of Assembly will be accessible for participants with reduced mobility needs. All registered participants with reduced mobility needs requiring accessibility support, are kindly requested to contact the xxx (please insert email address). Please provide the following information:

Accommodation

A dedicated booking service has been made available for all the Assembly participants. Special negotiated rates for blocks of hotel rooms have been secured for these Meetings. The service offers a variety of rooms covering the various budget needs.
